On Saturday, April 20th, at 4:00 pm, students can enter through the front doors and go to the lower gym for pictures. At 5:00 pm, the gym doors will be open for the general public to enter for the Grand March. The cost is $1.00 per person.

Prom 2024 Information Sheet

1.  Prom tickets will be on sale March 20th through March 27th. The cost is $70 per person. This includes your transportation to and from the venue on chartered buses. The date of the prom is Saturday, April 20, 2024, at The Vineyards at Pine Lake in Columbiana, Ohio. If you are writing a check, make the check payable to Oak Glen High School. If you feel that you get a price reduction on your ticket, please see Mrs. McKinney after March 18, 2024, to get your ticket price. ONCE YOU PURCHASE YOUR TICKET THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

2.  Ticket sales will take place in Mrs. McKinney’s Room, Room 215. Students will select the table they wish to sit at when they purchase their ticket. No seats will be saved at a table, the seat selection will be on a first come, first served basis.

3.  Any student attending the prom must complete a permission form. The forms can be picked up from the window boxes outside of Mrs. McKinney’s room (215) or in the main office starting FEBRUARY 1st. Completed forms will be returned to Mrs. Staley in Room 225. These forms need parent/guardian signatures and contact information for both inside and outside of school guests. The forms must be returned by Friday, March 15, 2024, with the appropriate signatures/documentation. NO ONE WILL ATTEND THE PROM WITHOUT THESE COMPLETED FORMS. All prom guests must be a current junior or senior or a graduate under the age of 21.

4.  You may not purchase any tickets until your permission form is returned and verified by teachers and an administrator.

5.  You need to know a t-shirt size for you and your date. T-shirts are the prom favors for this year.

6.  The last prom fundraisers for the year will be a candle sale and one yet to be determined. See Mrs. McKinney in room 215 for information on these fundraisers and listen to the announcements for further information.
